I could write a novel about how great Carl is - both as a person and a real estate agent. Carl is the most insightful real estate agent you will ever have. That is a promise. He'll give you every piece of advice that you may need, and then some. He is very professional, relatable, and generous. He wants you to feel like the process of buying a home is easy, and does everything he can to make it so. He gives you real world experience about real estate that you cant put a price on. We needed an investor friendly agent and Carl was the perfect fit! As a real estate investor himself, he coached us through things to consider as we purchase our first short term rental. He was able to secure us a killer deal on a beautiful new build.
